Dear Valued Customer,
With the global pandemic of COVID-19 affecting not just our home town but the workplaces, families, and friends of our customers across the Nation, we want to communicate what we have been doing to keep our employees, our customers and our delivery service and other visitors safe.
As I am sure you are aware, our services have been interrupted since mid-March.
Nearly all of our employees commute from areas that were very severely affected by the outbreak. We have maintained a limited number of team-members to work on urgent and emergency cases. We are in the process of implementing increased cases workload capacity, and expect to return to near-normal capacity within the next 30-60 days gradually and under strict protocols for package handling and employee safety.

Our current hours of operations and local pick-up services until further notice are:
Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Email us to firstname.lastname@example.org before or after these times to schedule a local pickup or leave a message at our voicemail.
Pick-ups will be done 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
You are welcome to drop-off in our mailbox anytime or by sending your case via UPS or Fedex.
We appreciate your business, and look forward to resuming normal business as soon as we are able .
